HB BODY H733 HARDENER ULTRA HS SLOW is a high-performance isocyanate hardener designed for use with HB BODY 2K Ultra High Solids (UHS) clearcoats. Engineered for optimal results in warm to hot climates or during full vehicle resprays, it extends pot life and working time, enabling perfect leveling, high gloss retention, and smooth application. Ideal for use with C894 CLEAR ULTRA HS and other UHS systems requiring a slow-reacting hardener.

APPLICATION DETAILS:
- Mix Ratio – 2 parts clearcoat to 1 part H733 HARDENER ULTRA HS SLOW. No Thinner Needed.
- Pot Life – 90–135 minutes at 23°C (when used with C894 CLEAR ULTRA HS).
- Spray Viscosity – Depends on clearcoat (e.g., 18–20 s with C894 @ 20°C, DIN 4).
- Compatible Spray Gun Setup – 1.2–1.3 mm nozzle | 1.7–2.2 bar (25–32 psi).
- Drying Times (with C894) –
- Air Dry: 16–20 h @ 23°C .
- Force Dry: 25–40 min @ 60°C
- IR: Half power 5 min + Full power 12–16 min
- Polishing typically begins 60 minutes after baking and full cooling
IDEAL CONDITIONS FOR USE:
- Spot Repairs
- 15–20°C: Use H735 FAST
- 20–30°C: Use H734 NORMAL
- Full Resprays
- <25°C: Use H734 NORMAL
- 25–35°C: Use H733 SLOW
- Humidity – 40–80% recommended
